Still supposed to be here...

Legitimately almost died today. It's been snowing lightly all day, which I was initially very excited about. Tonight, I was driving across a bridge with Ruby and her friend Celine to go ice skating. I could tell that the bridge was icy so I was going really slowly, but I still lost control. SCARIEST THING EVER. I skidded for about ten feet. I knew that I wasn't supposed to slam on my breaks and jerk the wheel around too much, so it was good that I didn't do that. But still the car ended up doing a complete 180 degree turn. My tail swung to the left all the way around and hit the big cement edge of the bridge pretty hard. I was kind of stunned, so we just sat there for a minute. Luckily there were no other cars on the bridge, so we were able to just kind of sit and take stock of the situation. I put on my hazards and checked to make sure that my friends were okay. We were facing the TOTAL wrong direction in the lane, so luckily there was no one else there. After a couple of seconds, I was able to pull around and get back into the lane the right way. It was seriously really scary though. Miraculously, no damage to my car or my friends, although we hit pretty hard. Just wanted to let you guys know what happened and that me and Sprout are okay. I love you guys a lot. PLEASE drive safely in the snow.
